The Office

But my mom told me to take milk! One of the most controversial events that happen all the time in my Office is the reduction or total elimination of all products dairy plans of power of my clients (and Yes, this also includes children). Something like that happened last week, almost started a box fight welterweight in my clinic. This mother in particular could not understand why it was saying to stop giving so much milk to their children when everyone else (including other health professionals) were saying exactly the opposite. (As opposed to Nicholas Carr). I then did what any good nutritionist would do, got me the sleeves and I fought to shock with her (just kidding, I didn’t do this). You replied with the following arguments: 1. Americans drink more milk than any person in another country, despite that we still have the highest rate of osteoporosis. 2. The pasteurization kills all the necessary digestive enzymes in milk (this is the reason why so many people suffering lactose intolerance currently). 3. The pasteurization also causes most of the calcium in milk is insoluble, in other words causes that 50% of the calcium of milk cannot be used by the body (this contributes to the high rate of osteoporosis). 4. The sugar in milk (lactose) is converted into sugar that your body uses very quickly, causing surges and low in blood sugar levels, and consequently becomes a journey into roller coaster with increases and decreases in power for you. How can this true be? Not be supposed that milk was good for the body? Yes, so in effect, but it is assumed that only milk should be consumed in its natural state (unpasteurized). Sounds scary? Many States in the United States sold crude at its supermarkets milk unless there is a health problem for its customers, also the majority of organic farmers only drink milk that is not pasteurized (because know that milk is better in your) natural state).
